New OPUS iOS App
OPUS has released a new version of its iOS App, available on the App Store here.
In addition to migrating to new servers to ensure smooth operations of the platform, we have once more added new improvements that makes OPUS compete with the biggest players on the market design-wise.
Not only is the app redesigned, but huge leaps towards completely bug-free operations have been made that creates a seamless and efficient experience.
The new home screen has a sleek design allowing the user to scroll through recently played songs as well as see what is currently playing. All the app’s functions are just a few clicks away from this screen, so it was vital to get this done right.
The modern design extends to the screen that shows what is currently being played. We have implemented new AI to automatically adjust the background color to the album cover — not only this, but the background also features a gradient that is generated by this artificial intelligence to create a friendly design.
The Library screen is one of the most frequently seen screens by users on music streaming platforms. As such, we have created an intuitive design that rivals the most sophisticated platforms of this type.
The Explore screen is perhaps the most impressive, due to its extensive use of AI to recommend albums, artists, and tracks. This screen allows the user to browse brand new releases and songs that the AI recognizes as similar to the user’s taste.
The development continues…
There will be more updates in the coming weeks letting you know what has been done and what still needs doing.
