We previously announced a complete redesign of the OPUS platform on the web and both mobile versions. Recently, the brand new Android version was released (available on the Play Store by following this link) — now we are ready to deliver the new iOS version.

On the backend, there are a few changes that make the app run smoother than ever before, especially for users located far away from our servers. Save for a few bugs that have still managed to stay hidden from us, the platform now provides a seamless experience for users all over the globe.

More importantly, however, the entire design of the app is overhauled. Our intent was to be able to compete with some of the biggest players available on the market right now, and to do this we needed a similarly intuitive interface for users that does not require too much effort to navigate. This is what our new version achieves: users can easily tap on the app, log in, and start streaming music without getting lost in various interfaces. This is especially useful for those who frequently switch between the web and mobile versions, because we made the feel of all the apps quite similar so the change is not too jarring.

A significant amount of effort went into this complete overhaul, and the app now looks similar to what you can expect to see in the final version on the Ethereum main network. Stay tuned!

The development continues…

Lots of credit can be given to our amazing community for your continued support and help in locating errors in our platform. Our entire team at OPUS would be highly appreciative if you could continue assisting us with this by submitting anything you find on Freshdesk.
