The new OPUS whitepaper

During the development of the world’s first decentralized music streaming platform, our ideas have evolved and we have decided to release an updated whitepaper, available here.

Over the course of the past few months, and with contributions from our community, the development has helped us evolve certain ideas and aspects. As such, many parts of our original whitepaper have become outdated and we found the need to release a new version, explaining the technology behind our soon-to-be-released player, as well as outline parts of our business and marketing strategies.

This whitepaper will shine some light on the magic happening behind the scenes of the OPUS player, and also discuss a few features we are considering to introduce.

Sneak peeks

In the whitepaper, we have included a few sneak peeks of the finished platform for both web and mobile, as well as an updated roadmap, which includes our past milestones and things still to look forward to.

More news

This is big news, but of course, there is more news to come in the next few weeks. Just recently, OPUS took part in InfoShare, Central Europe’s largest tech conference, and there is much more we are excited to share with you. Once we release the platform, there will be a separate update on Medium regarding our plans for exchanges, which many people have been asking about.
